Our Initial Contact
When we first meet with you, we want to quickly get a sense of what you want to achieve. We will discuss your project, your ideas, and goals.
Design Concept
This is an exciting time. If you have architectural plans or simply some ideas on the back of a napkin, we want to talk and explore the options for the construction of your project. Once we have enough detail in the plans we can put together a preliminary budget.
Detail Review (Tender)
For any construction project we want to make sure we get as much detail as possible. At this stage we will have questions and considerations to ensure we give you the most accurate proposal possible.
Project Planning
This is when we get into the nitty-gritty of your project. We make sure all the details, permits, schedules and materials are lined up and ready to go for when your project’s construction kicks off.
Construction
Now things get very exciting. From the moment we break ground to the final door handle or lick of paint on the wall, we make sure we are in constant communication with you. We pride ourselves on our communication and we aim to make the construction process as easy as possible for you.
Commissioning & Handover
With construction complete and your building presented in pristine condition, we commission everything with you and hand you the keys. It is a proud moment for you and for us and one we want to enjoy with you.
Lobell Warranty Period
We guarantee you a high quality build and our warranty period and subcontractor’s warranties are in place to ensure you receive the very best completed building you can. We stand by our work and have done for 41 years.
Lobell Aftercare
Our service doesn’t stop because construction has been completed. We take a big interest in your ongoing use of the building and will continue to be in contact with you in the future.
